KYC Policies
Our identity verification policies explain KYC requirements, accepted documents, and verification procedures.
Introduction
MicroJob is committed to maintaining a safe and trustworthy platform for all users. As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and other illegal activities, we require users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before accessing certain features of our platform.
This KYC Policy outlines our identity verification requirements, the documents we accept, and how we handle your personal information during the verification process.
Why KYC is Required
KYC verification is required for the following reasons:
Regulatory Compliance:
To comply with the United States anti-money laundering (AML) regulations
Platform Security:
To ensure all users are real individuals operating legitimate accounts
Financial Safety:
To enable secure withdrawal of earnings and protect against unauthorized transactions
Trust Building:
To create a verified community where employers and freelancers can transact with confidence
When KYC is Required
You must complete KYC verification to:
Withdraw funds from your earnings wallet
MicroJob may also request KYC verification at any time, at our discretion, for security reviews, compliance checks, or to investigate suspicious activity. Basic account functions such as browsing jobs, creating a profile, completing tasks, and posting jobs do not require KYC, but withdrawal of earnings always does.

Valid government-issued passport from any country
